How do I make a bus or van booking with Bus2Charter?

You can contact our Customer Representative via Our Contact Form,  WhatsApp, email or call to us directly to get a quote.  Just tell us your group size, travel itinerary, and program travel dates. We shall quote you accordingly as soon as we can.

When I will get reply fromBus2Charter ?

How do I make my payment to Bus2Charter ?

Bus2Charter.com allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including: PayPal, online bank transfer, remittance transfer, and other ways that are most convenient to you. Check with us about the available options.

How about the confirmation of my coach booking?

You will receive an email with your booking transfer confirmation & invoice.  A  service voucher will send to you before departure date.

How do I make changes to my booking?

You can change the car class, date, time and location of pickup, drop-off location, and others information. You can make changes up to two days (48 hours) before the departure date with or without additional cost incurred. Check with us for details.

Can we hire tourist coach or tourist van without Tourist Guide Services?

Tourist Guide Services is COMPULSORY for ALL DESTINATION TOURS as per TOURISM MALAYSIA regulation. We could apply for EXEMPTION of Tourist Guide from Tourism Ministry Malaysia on behalf of you for transfer service only for Malaysian. However, the exemption is subject to approval and is only not involves tourist place visit. All foreigners are compulsory to hiring tour guide during the trip.

What if coach breakdown in the halfway of journey?

We will repair or replace the bus to continue the journey which is depend on the conditions of the bus. Passenger shall have patient for the waiting time, our team will solve the problem as fast we could.
