How do I make changes to my booking?
Can we hire tourist coach or tourist van without Tourist Guide Services?
Tourist Guide Services is COMPULSORY for ALL DESTINATION TOURS as per TOURISM MALAYSIA regulation. We could apply for EXEMPTION of Tourist Guide from Tourism Ministry Malaysia on behalf of you for transfer service only for Malaysian. However, the exemption is subject to approval and is only not involves tourist place visit. All foreigners are compulsory to hiring tour guide during the trip.
What if coach breakdown in the halfway of journey?
If a vehicle becomes inoperable or unsafe due to mechanical breakdown, accident, or any event beyond the Company’s reasonable control, the Company will use reasonable efforts to repair the vehicle or provide a substitute/replacement vehicle as soon as reasonably practicable. The Client acknowledges that waiting time may be required for safety, regulatory compliance, logistics and traffic conditions.
Where a substitute/replacement vehicle is arranged or offered by the Company, the Client and Passengers must cooperate and allow a reasonable time for the replacement to arrive.
If the Client or any Passenger elects to decline, refuse, or abandon the Service and arranges alternative transportation independently before the Company’s replacement arrives (or after it is offered), such election shall be deemed a voluntary cancellation/termination by the Client, and the Client shall not be entitled to a refund.
Bus2Charter.com (including its affiliates and/or subsidiaries) shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or consequential loss, including but not limited to missed flights, missed events, missed connections, accommodation costs, ticket costs, or the cost of alternative transportation arranged by the customer.
