How do I make my payment?

Bus2Charter.com allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including: PayPal, online bank transfer, remittance transfer, and other ways that are most convenient to you. Check with us about the available options.

How about the confirmation of my coach booking?

You will receive an email with your booking transfer confirmation and transfer voucher.

How do I make changes to my booking?

You can change the car class, date, time and location of pickup, drop-off location, and additional information. You can make changes up to one day (24 hours) before the pickup time. 

Can we hire tourist coach or tourist van without Tourist Guide Services?

Tourist Guide Services is COMPULSORY for ALL DESTINATION TOURS as per TOURISM MALAYSIA regulation. Besides, we could apply for EXEMPTION of Tourist Guide from Tourism Ministry Malaysia on behalf of you. However, the exemption is subject to approval and is only not involves tourist place.

What if coach breakdown in the halfway of journey?

We will repair or replace the bus to continue the journey which is depend on the conditions of the bus. Passenger shall have patient for the waiting time, our team will solve the problem as fast we could.
